4 ways to be an ally to other women
This video is all about the power of women supporting one another. We explore the critical role that women with more privilege can play by showing up as allies to those who face additional barriers—such as women of color, LGBTQ+ groups, and women with disabilities. Research shows that when women with more privilege advocate for equality, their voices are heard, and they’re less likely to face backlash. By working together and amplifying each other's voices, we can create a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture for all women.
